Karlee Blank’s article, Toil or Trouble: “Labor” Under the Federal Miller Act will be published in the Spring 2017 edition of the ABA Forum on Construction Law’s “Under Construction”.  It details how not all “labor” is recoverable under the Act.

M&F Attorney Scores Publishing Hat Trick

The American Bar Association recently told Tom Carr that it will publish his third article this year on suspension and debarment law. Tom's article on debarment catch-all clauses will be published in the winter edition of The Procurement Lawyer, his analysis of constitutional debarment due-process law theory will be published in the spring edition of the Public Contract Law Journal, and his study of state and local debarment law will be published as a chapter in the Fourth Edition of The Practitioner’s Guide to Suspension and Debarment.
